There are a few threads out there for overclocking GPU and memory.
Can anyone recommend a Windows 7 64bit GPU stress tester and/or benchmarking program?

I did some googling around, but the ones currently out there are XP based.

Furmark, 3Dmark Vantage is free once, or Unigene heaven benchmark works as well. Furmark is the best for stress testing, the other two will stress but are more benchmarking/performance monitors than stress testing.

    Note,

A word of caution concerning benchmarking... While benchmarking / number chasing can be quite a bit of fun, please be aware that benchmarking your system is pushing your system to its limits. It can and will stress your components. Do so at your own risk - nobody is responsible for this but you.
