    i downloaded direct from nvidia. do I Have to Use a MODded ONE FOR r2 ? things seem fine but I have not run games yet.

    Is it optomus compATAbile?

    Yes. The difference is that the ones off of nVidia's website don't require modding :p.

    You will be fine downloading 260.99 directly from nVidia's website, and installing directly.

    On paper, yes. In practice, I think you would find it difficult to spot any performance differences.

    Regardless, the 260.99's are WHQL drivers. They are stable drivers, and are the most recent. That makes it worth upgrading to them.
