I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed, however I am unable to find something thusfar. I recently purchased the m11x R2 and have noticed an irritating amount of light bleed between the palm rest and front light area. The panel fairly easily comes up exposing the inside area--is this supposed to happen? Any ideas on how to fix this?

Here is a photo of the left side:

    Thanks for any advice!

    Great, thanks!

One note though: when I mean "fairly easily" it pops up, it seems to come up even with heavy pressure to the touchpad, like it's missing something that should be holding it down. When it comes up it is significantly more than in the picture- you can actually see inside it. From what I can find, it seems to be a little more severe than the normal light bleed on the panel.

If you were to pop off the service plate - the holes labled "P" are what is holding your palm rest in place - mine is missing 3 screws [the first time i opened it, i sure didnt lose them] i moved mine to the four corners of my unit.

That appears to be the problem. The panel screw on the left side is stripped out (Thanks Dell) and isn't tightening up correctly.

Thanks you for all the help fellas.
