    m11x R1 OC questions 1.6ghz or 1.73ghz?

    I've noticed after seeing a lot of peoples m11x setups that some OC to 1.73ghz and some OC to 1.6ghz.

    Is it because the earlier m11x r1's only oc'd to 1.6ghz because dell was worried 1.73ghz might not be stable and the latest bios's allow 1.73ghz and not everyone has updated all the way or is it luck of the draw and some core 2 duos can only reach 1.6ghz?

    If it's luck of the draw can you return the m11x until you get one that runs 1.73ghz? If it's that the earlier bios only allows 1.6ghz do new orders come with a bios late enough that it oc's 1.73ghz out of the box?
