    Hey guys!
In Nero Burning Rom (or any other program that burns DVDs)
    I get this error:

    "calibration area full".

What's weird is it burns CDs just fine.
I've tried different DVDs (Sony, TDK, Memorex, etc DVD-R +R)
    Nothing works.
    I've even tried switching burners.
Could this be something with the USB ports on the board? (I've tried them all)
    HELP!

The calibration area is a section of the physical media (the DVD itself.)

I would try the drive on another machine, if that works, great.

I would also use IMGBURN (free) instead of nero. Much more reliable, and I never have any problems. I do CD/DVD/BD-R all the time with it.
