I'm looking for a laptop that will serve as a replacement for my current one. That being said, it will be my primary (and my only) computer. I'm willing to pay for good RAM and processors so proformance isn't my issue. I'm just wondering if that screen/keyboard size and the general size of the machine will make it unsuited for this task. Thanks to everyone in advance.

Searching usually is the way to start (like done above) but either way... My M11x is my primary machine and the only time I use a desktop is when I am at work.

You shouldn't. Whether you can use the m11x as a primary depends entirely on your usage. Only you know what you need a computer for.

I read through those threads and they're a good resource but aside from gaming, web browsing and watching videos those users don't expound much on whatever else they may use their m11x's for. If the above matches your usage then you're golden.

like augusta said, only you know what you're going to be using it for... (check out the specs)... and if the thing is too small for your eyes you can always get a monitor for home usage (if you've got the cash, of course)
