    m11x issue

    Hey guys im wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if you can just generally help me out here.
    My download speed is ridiculously slow, how ever on other computers its fine on the same network. Its downloading at uder 1mb per second where im dling a game, the actualy dl speed is 4mb +

    so if anyone knows why this could be, would be most appreciative

    Are you running on battery? if you are you might go into advance power setting modes and turn wireless settings to max performance instead of max power saving.

    your wireless setting might be set low and not at maximum boost

    Control Panel -> Power options -> Change plan settings -> Change advanced power settings. Scrolls down to Wireless Adapter settings and change it to maximum performance.

    this is still an issue for me, my setting has wifi at max. If anyone has any other ideas, i would be most appreciative, but thanks for your help thus far :)

    If you are using the stock dell wifi card, there have been issues with its performance. I think the only way to solve that would be to upgrade to one of the intel wifi cards.

    Wifi drivers? It probably wouldn't do any thing but as for now it seems most likely.
