If it's not charging, maybe it needs a higher credit limit!

    Oh yeah!

Have you tried a different charger? Also I know there's a BIOS setting (or some kind of setting) where you can tell it not to charge.

I only have 1 charger to try and I havnt messed with the BIOS settings in months, Besides, it charged fine last night. I actually turned it off and left it charge in the plug I always use for about an hour just now and its still at 15%. The light is lit on the power pack and as long as its plugged in it doesnt go down but it wont go up either. I tried unplugging it and plugging back in, it says charging for a few seconds then reverts to "Plugged in, Not charging". what do you think? is it the charger or the laptop?

You could always double check the battery itself, open up the bottom panel. Unplug the battery from the motherboard, take it out inspect it. If everything is fine put it back in. When you plug it back in to the motherboard make sure the tines aren't crushed or damaged and they're seated correctly. Also make sure that it's in all the way so that the tines make contact with the battery contacts.

Also check that you didn't accidently disable the battery (Fn + F2 keys) or if you downloaded Dell's battery meter there is a box that can be checked "disable battery"
