I enabled the overclocked option in the BIOS menu, and after playing for a while it suddenly shut down and restarts,
its a m11x intel core duo
with external ventilation so i dont think its the temperature,
what may you think it is?

Do you have your gpu overclocked? If you do it may be instability with the gpu and/or the cpu. Some computers can't handle an OC at all on either the gpu or cpu, some computers can't handle the combination of the GPU and CPU both being OC'ed. If only your cpu is OC'ed turn the OC off in the bios and see if that helps.

No not the case, if disabling the CPU overclock makes everything run fine it means your CPU isn't stable at the overclocked level AKA your cpu isn't overclockable. I'd call Dell and question them on that, the overclock should be just fine on an M11xR1, now if you had an R2 and couldn't reach the max OC it would be different but the R1 should be fine.
