    m11x r1 with 301.42 won't wake up

    My laptop is on discrete mode and when i close / open lid it won't wake up, just light turn on.

    I also had the same problem when running Nvidia's latest drivers. The only way to avoid this is to use the Dell 263 drivers. Those allow the laptop to sleep perfectly every time.

    And between? 263 and 301? All other drivers kill sleep mode?

    263 are the latest officially supported by Dell and the latest stable drivers. There is no guarantee that anything at all on your laptop will work if you are using any drivers which are not officially supported.

    For switchable mode you will have to use official switchable driver, which is kinda old 263 version. I enabled discrete-only mode and installed driver from nvidia, latest one, 301. That's why i cant enable switchable mode.
