If I get a refurbished m11x, whats the battery like. Is it 'used'? I know these laptop batteries last maybe a year of heavy use before starting lose a lot of juice...

    Any thoughts on this?

What is the cost of 11x replacement batteries?

    I've never seen a refurb/scratch & dent come w/ a used battery.

I got a scratch & dent model - I can get 7 hours on the intel chipset.

Even if you were to receive a 'used battery', your outlet purchase should be no different from a regular Home Store purchase. Your battery should be covered for a year - if it fails, contact support.

Check Outlet sales terms to confirm of course.
