    Is there two or four slots for a sodimm chip? I was thinking two but saw a few ebay sales that say four? I know you cant trustebay so thought id ask on here. Tech specs on dells site dont mention it either.

    There's only two slots. You need to get either 2x2 or 2x4 memory.
