    Heya M11x owners.

I'm just wondering how many wireless adapter spots there are in the M11X.

In my m15x there are two available slots.. is this the same in M11X?

    Thanks!

1 mini pci-e slot for a half sized wifi card
1 mini pci-e slot for WWAN card. (Wifi cards don't seem to work in this slot)

i have heard that it works that way but it utilizes your data plan instead of your voice plan so be careful; you do not want to end up with a surprise bill because you were charged over your alloted data amount

If you bought an M11x with a WWAN card on a network that uses GSM, then yes. The networks on the US that support GSM are AT&T Wireless and T-Mobile.

As 1201NFTW mentioned, it counts as data traffic. And most wireless carriers have quotas on your data traffic.
