Today my up and down arrow keys are starting to fall apart. Mainly my up arrow. Is there anything that I can do about this? Will this be covered on my warranty? Or do I need to purchase new keys/keyboard?

As long as you're under warranty, it's definitely a warranty issue and you should have no trouble getting it replaced.

Yep, if you have your warranty still, and you have ANY problems, call Dell. You pay for insurance, they better fix it!
