Hi there. I've been using my Alienware m11x r1 for a while and sometimes I experience random lockups. It turns out to be quite frustrating at sometimes because i only experience random lockups when I'm using Skype, μTorrent and Internet Download Manager. BTW, I'm using WIFI for my internet and no OC with the latest A05 BIOS. In my opinion, the lockup usually occur when I'm transferring a large chuck of file or downloading big files. Did some research but didn't able to get a good solution. Can someone please help me out.
Sorry for my bad English because English isn't my native language.

There's already a very extensive thread about transferring large amounts of data across wifi causing lockups.

As mentioned in the other thread, replace your Dell 1520 wifi card with an Intel 6200 and you won't have any more lockups.

Thanks for all the reply. Last question though: should I install the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 or the Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300? If I'm not mistaken Intel 6300 requires 3 antennas and how should I install it?
