i was wondering if i could send my R2 back and get a replacementi have no problem witht the preformance of this machine but the build quaility of the case and the keys and stuff is terrible for mine. My cousin also has an R2 and his is fine , My keys are wonky , the touchpad buttons and half broken and click to one side , my hinges are lop sided so my screen seems to be tilted and the metal plate where the caps lock and wifi is displayed is scratched the hell out of. it was like this when i got it and since now i havnt been bothered but after seeing my cousins one which was fine it began to bug me. So i was wondering if i can get a replacement and if so how? Or even so how would i get my money back also (ive considered)

One thing though, I'm a little surprised those issues didn't bug you until you saw your cousins. I understand his was in perfect condition, but regardless when did you realize that "hey I just dished out 1000 dollars but got sh1tty quality, but i wont call/complain...."? LOL
