Every time I try and switch my graphics, it makes me stop toaster.exe.. I know its related to the Dell Data Backup thing. Does anyone actually use that? Or should I just uninstall the Data Backup. I don't really have anything important I'm worried about losing.

I un-installed a long time ago as it seems to be the only thing always getting in the way of switching graphics. I use Acronis for backups anyway...

thanks for the tips. I already have Windows System Restore disabled. Does this Dell thing also take up disk space for backups I assume?

I had the same issue I simply disabled the program from starting up at startup using ccleaner.

I didnt uninstall it as I think its required in case you want to recover windows and restore back to defaults.

So do you need the dell data backup to restore using the disc (or usb flash drive copy of disc)? I hope not, I just uninstalled it.

I deleted the Dell backup stuff on day one.
I use Karen's Power Tool Replicator onto an external 320GB HDD.
