    use m11x thru ac power without a battery in it?

    Im looking at getting a m11x motherboard for a project and i need to kno if the laptop will work on ac power only without a battery installed.
    If someone could test this for me it would be much appreciated.

    Also if anyone has one with a broken lcd that boots to an external monitor pm me. Its condition doesnt really matter as long as it work because ill be taking it apart.

    yes, you can run it without a battery. you can run the mb by itself (external display), but cannot access the bios (R1). R2 and R2 will display bios in external monitor without issue.
