Yes, the vast majority of them have it. I'd say they all have it but I am sure someone would prove me wrong. There was a huge thread about the keys touching the screen where this was discussed. That wave means those keys will touch the screen first. Plus, there is more flex to the keyboard when pressing down on those keys. Many, including myself, place a thin screen protector on the keyboard before closing the lid to prevent damage to the screen and finger grease smudging the display.
I thought some people said they could push down hard on the keyboard and snap it into place and lose the wave, but I have not been successful at this and am nervous to really press too hard on it.

One of the other things you can do if you're brave enough to take the keyboard off is place 2 very thin peices of double sided tape under the keyboard in the right areas which helps hold the keyboard down better. Just ensure you use double sided tape that is adhesive but won't leave a ton of residue behind if you need to remove it for warranty or repairs.

It's due to the underlying internals below the WEASD area of the keyboard. The CPU/GPU and fan are located there and as a result there's no screws to secure the keyboard as you have throughout the rest of it. Coupled with the edge-to-edge "glass" not having any effective gap in the rear as well as the slight amount of flex in the LCD assembly and you /will/ end up with scratches on your screen eventually unless you employ some sort of insert or protective film.
