    wireless wlan 1520 doing my head in

    Hey guys, I love my alienware m11x, had it for around a month and a bit, I did a fresh install on win7 with the disk provided, installed the drivers in this order:

    intel chipset
    Realtek
    nVidia
    Anthros
    Wireless wlan 1520 half mini card
    STmicro
    synaptic
    OSD
    Command cent

    After that I’m left with two drivers, so what I did was reinstall the image that came with the laptop, copied the drivers folder from that, then reinstalled win7 right clicked and followed the path to make it install the drivers from that location which came up with

    JMB38X MS Host Controller
    JMB38X SD/MMC Host controller

    no idea which drivers they are on the dell website and I tried all of them on a previous install to check.

    As for the wireless wlan 1520 half mini card, I downloaded the drivers again from dell, they extract but don’t install, so again device manager right click and point it to the R262653 folder.

    Now my issue is, internet is perfect in my house no problems nice and fast, when I go to uni however, the thing hangs all the time, web pages are slow as hell, I thought it was eset so called them, uninstalled it same issue.

    Does anyone have any advice, have I missed installing something, or does anyone know if there's a better wlan or the JMB38X drivers, I bought this lappy to use at uni, and so far it's been pretty embarrassing watching friends with Acers and Samsungs, logging on no problem searching the net, while I wait 15min for a page to load, keeps saying im connected but nothing, it’s annoying lol
