    The link ( ATI Catalyst Mobility Display Driver) provides the download for the online installer, which is in turn downloads the very same offline installer as mentioned. So, just download the offline installer, and skip the unnecessary step of downloading online installer. :D

    im still using the 11.5a, wonder if i need to upgrade it since its running fine. Missed all other updates though.
