    Hello everyone.
After acquiring my new M15x Im in the process of testing.
However I've noticed my audio enhancements have changed within the speaker properties.
    It used to allow me to customize the likes of;

    Pitch
Preset (Powerful, bass, rock, pop, etc)
    Surround
    Etc

Now all I can adjust is shown in the following link.
    http://technicallyeasy.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/disable-all-enhancements.png

Is there any way of obtaining those audio enhancements again?
Also is there any method of installing the Realtek HD audio Manager that is found on the Dell XPS series?

    Awaiting reply.

Seriously, i hope there will be something to enhance the audio, not to say it sucks but lacks in bass. I wish they made the speakers switchable too ;)

I completely agree Indiran - Coming from previous experience of a Dell Xps 15 with it's awesome JBL speakers the sound quality from this machine cannot match it.
However I refuse to accept that theres no possible way around it and are therefore hoping to uncover the audio enhancements again.

Can anyone provide any info - Is there a specific driver or software patch?

Ever since I've had my M15x, I've never seen any options to change pitch or presets (powerful, bass, etc.). Only things I could change were by right clicking the volume button and going to playback devices, selecting the speakers and configuring room setup (stereo, 5.1, etc.), enhancements (bass enhance, loudness, virtual sound, room correction), and format (16 bit, 44000mhz, etc.)

In that case, can khetik or anyone put in a good configuration for the speakers?
I noticed that mine was stereo and others were stock basic. Thanks.

I just have mine on stereo and no enhancements selectd, for format its on 16 bit/44000mhz dvd quality. The reason I haven't bothered to touch it is because the speakers are a piece of crap. I only change settings when I hook it up to a speaker system. Play around with the enhancements, and you can easily tell a difference. Just set it to something that works for you.

So there is no driver or software that will allow me to edit those enhancements?
