I actually think the fan would give a greater airflow over the fins to be
honest. Dry-ice is definately the way to go! Plus you can have loads
of fun with it in other applications too.

    :D

Cooper pads, ~ 2 hours of work.
Now average temps are 75-76 C.

There's this for the 6970m by widezu, however it's pretty card-specific I believe haha

Using vacuum to cool it would not be recommended as the air at high speed might create static charge...

I so wanna do this to my system too :D

Anyway, I saw this guy here with a pretty successful liquid laptop. Hope I helped in some way. Powering everything through usb makes it much easier, dont it? xD

Also note: The Tide Water's main purpose is to cool video cards :)

PS: There's a new tide water plus out and it has dual waterblocks! Except, they both got discontinued and replaced with the thermaltake big water

I have emailed them. Lets see what they say!

Unfortunately it is a no go for us. Here is the response to my email.

" The liquid cooling option for the Mx18 notebook is very unique and in particularly customized and build to the Mx18 model thus it is not interchangeable between Mx15 and Mx18. It will require chassis modifications and liquid loop modifications among others to fit together with a reduction of battery cells so we can unfortunately not support you in the your request.

Thanks for the interest in our company
    ."

Unfortunate but at least I tried lol I personally wouldn't care about the modifications necessary or taking the battery out even...
