Okay so I removed the double tape and again put it back. Now it's like no white screen and the gpu temp is also around 37-41 degree C. But still when I open a game (UT 2004) the driver crashes and the message comes that Amd Display Driver has crashed and has recovered. This comes once or twice and then the laptop crashes to the dump blue screen. :/ also everytime I switch on my laptop it shows that the charger is not sufficient and press f1 to continue.

Could be a defective card but try removing and reinstalling a different driver than the one you are currently using. You can disable those power warnings in the BIOS.

I got a new message recently apart from the driver has stopped working and has recovered message. This time after the blue screen of death when I switched on the laptop after I logged in I got the message nsgpucnminer.exe has stopped working. Any ideas? I searched on Google but alas nothing much there. And I can still return the card to the seller if I am sure it's faulty. But then again I'll have to wait for a month for another card to come. The thing is the gtx 260 didn't work. But the Amd Firepro m4000 which came instead of the m6000 the first time worked without a glitch. Now again m6000 is not working with the same problem the driver has crashed and stopped working. It does run a game for a few mins or so. I played UT2004 for a few mins. Them closed it and ran Assassins Creed brotherhood. It crashed after a min or so. I don't know the root cause of this problem. And it's frustrating.

I searched google for that executable and the third result says it is for an app called Claymore's GPU bitcoin miner. I have no idea about bitcoin or bitcoin mining but this program may be the cluprit for your game crashes and blue screens if it is utilizing your GPU. And did you remove your current AMD drivers and install another version like suggested earlier?

I am not being able to uninstall the driver. So I reinstalled the new one over it. Still same. And I couldn't find anything of that name of the app. Should I just post the gpu miner thing in the forum as a new thread see if anyone knows. :(

Do a malware scan. Maybe two different scans from two different anti-malware scanners.
