    If you are in military, yes.
    If your family works for dell who happens to sell you the laptop, yes.
    If your company has special business relationship with Dell, just ask the IT tech/manager, so yes.

    just call and haggle on the price, you can prolly get $100-$200 off. get the free standard shipping, then call a day or two later and ask when it will be delivered, normally they will upgrade you to next day shipping for free.
