It seems they are also changing the parts in the setup(there was no 240M and 4GB ram in example) and also adding an instant saving however as I see those pages are incomplete.

if for whatever reason it isn't showing up for you, maybe it hasn't launched entirely yet - the overhaul is showing up for me. you'll most definitely notice a difference in the system configurator (customize/build your system) when it does! ;) unless, of course, you noticed no change from the older outlet layout to the 'overhauled' version... :p

speaking of which, this newly 'overhauled' configurator is even slower/more cumbersome atm than that recent outlet overhaul... (double face palm)

seriously, imho dell should simply fire whomever is in charge of their web site development and start over completely, aiming for something slicker and more efficient; much less dell and way more alienware!

crap they just overhauled it like they did to the outlet, it's much more time consuming and confusing the navigate the website now. it feels like a vegas casino, they're trying to sit there and trap you.

it feels like it takes 5x as long to navigate through the same pages as before.

 the aliens are becoming way to... 'terrestrial'! :p lol we keed, we keed :D

but seriously, time for a do-over on the web site front - alienware needs something more fitting (unless dell intends to purvey 'bloated'?!?!) for its brand image... ;)

They can get more bucks out of Alienware but they REALLY need to improve their online services. Most Alienware owners are on net all the time and like visual coolness(lol), if they can get the online chat up, and have different kinds of online services for Alienware owners mixed with new page designs, they can squeze more bucks out of us :D
