hi guys, just abit worried atm. Ive never connected bluetooth to my laptop untill today when i downloaded software than lets you connect youre wii controller to youre comp. When i connect it it says connected then literally 5 secs later it disconnects. At first i thought it might just be the wii software so i connected my ps3 socom bluetooth heads set, long behold it finds the signal, connects, then dissconnects =s ive downloaded the bluetooth drivers frm the dell site 'Broadcom_multi-device_A00_R219005'
is my card just defective? or am i missing something =s
thanx in advance guys ur always helping me =)

Do you have any other bluetooth devices to test with?
-
erm ive got an old hp bluetooth headphones but i cant find the wire =s
the ps3 headset is just like a phone one pick its up fine and connects but it just unconnects straight away =s and also it doesnt remember the peripheral i always have to manually search it wont auto connect =s really stumped, any ideas? -
I would automatically assume a compatibility issue with the controller and not a bad bluetooth card but you need to test multiple devices to find out.

=/ hope so ill be devastated if the bluetooth is buggered =<
i followed the same thing as everyone else with vista 64 etc even tried downloading other bluetooth detection programs like BlueSoleil.
ill try find my hp bluetooth headphones later today. if anyone else has any idea feels free to help me out =s
thnx in advance drake =)
edit, if any1 has a wii controller can they try sync it with there bluetooth on M17x, u just hold down 1+2 to see if it stays connected!
thnx
