    ok, heres my story

Ive had my m17 laptop since it first came out in december
arround about may i started getting some problems, it would freeze about 3times in a days use, the screen turned gray and the laptop locked up, sometimes the VPU recover just kicks in.

called up alienware. told them what was happening, what drivers ive used, drilled it into them about 4 phone calls later convinced them that formatting my laptop over and over will not resolve the problem. they said. ok send it in its probably the primary graphics card is faulty.
so i sent it back 9/9/9 got it back today.

Opened the box, my laptop was very dusty to start off with, i cleaned it to new like state before i sent it, no big deal they probably just left it out on the side. NO box note to say they worked on it or did anything, or to say they found no problems, and noticed they formatted it, fine didnt mind that.
installed left 4 dead, DOW2 and everquest 2 ( windowed mode,) stright away 10mins of use

    this:

    ( see attachment)

can anyone help me please? what do i do now? :( same problem to me it appeared they did NOTHING, i left a whole log of hardware errors relating to the gfx card and they didnt fix it.

I know the feeling mate; I've had an abysmal time with AW TS, I've had to escalate it to a refund/finance annulment request.

Just get them to send out a new video card for you since it is quite probable that it is causing issues. Funnily enough the two times i've sent my system in and they repaired it perfectly both times.
