Hey guys I will be most likely ordering my M17x over the phone today but I was just wondering would the cold damage it? For now I work part time security in which I am outside sitting in my car but I do have a small heater too

Well if frost starts forming shut it off and don't turn it back on for a day or so.

You should be fine provided that you don't let moisture form inside the laptop.

Depends on how cold it is. Most consumer electronics designed for indoor use work fine down to 0 C(32 F) so unless you are outside with no heat in a frigid climate you should be alright.
