Hi, I was looking to verify that I have the LATEST drivers on my computer, for all of it's components, is there a program that is safe to use that you might recommend? ( doesn't have to be free ) My second question is if any of you know of a good, stable, and secure backup program that I could use to backup my entire computer to an external Hard Drive? Thanks!

Not sure about the driver thing but for backups I use Acronis True Image. You can take images of your hard drives and save them, then if you run into an issue you can just load the image and the computer will be same as when you took that image. It's basically a really good system restore.

I believe if you have an alienware then you could log into My Hive on the site and it should give you all the info on your computer (current BIOS and such) dont ask how to access tho cuz i dont know lol...sorry. If you find out let me know tho.

+1 I'm going to be getting this soon, but I would recommend this route, and just keep the image on a 2.5" drive in a drive enlosure. They if your HDD dies you just swap this in.

As far as drivers, there should be a windows option to update drivers. In the state menu I believe you can type "update" or "update drivers" and it should come up.
