3870 Owners I Really Need Your Help Big Time

I already posted a while back regarding collecting info on peoples 3870's GPU's as AW are trying to rob me but I only got one reply. So im gonna ask again that anyone who has 3870's in their laptop please please spare me a couple of mins and let me know the serial numbers and bios versions of the cards as this is the only way I can prove to Dell that AW are blatantly robbing me.

Well I cant find any serial numbers in GPU-Z but mine are:
BIOS version - VER010.081.001.000.030047 Sub-Vendor: Rioworks(161F)
Both cards are identical in BIOS versions and vendors and my cards came from dud m17's so they are Alienware cards.
Although reading your story I dont see how they can say that the cards could have come from another manufacturer considering Flextronics are the only manufacturer to supply machines with the 3870's.

Thanks lads for taking the time. I know what your saying and I have tried to argue but they are not budging. I have a manager from Dels headquarters in Berkshire in the UK contacting me tommorrow to get the full story so fingers crossed.
