    Hi

I received my M17 yesterday with dual ATI, installed the latest beta ATI drivers (found on this forum) but when running 3DMark Vantage I get the error "Minimum Required Resolution Not Supported".
My maximum resolution that I can select is 1440 x 900.
I wondered how the other guys here with m17'can run 3DMark?
    thanks.

What are your specs? Remeber the Beta needs to be moded so you cant just install and run.

Somewhere I saw that 3DMark has a problem with this current setup and Vista as well

If I were you I would install original drivers.

It's because you have a 1440x900 display but 3dmark vantage runs at 1280x1024. To change it you need either the full version of 3dmark, or you need to hook up to an external display and test on that.

Yeah, it's because they spent the extra 150~200 or whatever on the 1900x1200 screen (or whatever WUXGA's size is)

Just do the external monitor method if you've got one. If not, purchase is the only way.
