Anyone know if the two rewards cards have any restrictions on usage? Can you use them to buy anything from Dell? And does anyone know what US states do not allow the 90 day expiration limit?

Don't know your answers but will watch this thread so I will know also. How long did it take (or does it take if you haven't gotten them) to get them? I'd assume they are sent after the PC ships?

If there is a time limit I better get to window shopping. ;)

Assuming these are promo gift cards and credits:

You cannot use promotional gift card to buy another card.

See here for promo gift card terms and conditions. Dell Promotional Gift Cards - Terms and Conditions | Dell
Regardless of the state's laws you are in, you will have to abide by their rules. You accept the terms and conditions when accepting the gift card.
