When i baught my m15x I got the best video card they offered which was the 8800M GTX. I choose the slowest processor and least amount of ram to keep cost down. I baught 4gigs of ram 3rd party cause it was cheaper for better ram. I was just looking on the site because I wanted to get the fastest processor i could for my m15x. I saw that they didnt offer the 8800M GTX anymore and instead they have the 9800M GT. Is the 9800M GT better or the same as the 8800M GTX? Also I got my m15x in the mail back in october. Has there been any major software, driver, or bios updates since then?

The new bios update version x36 allows the m9800GT to be used and fixes downclocking problems for extreme CPU's. There is supposed to be an updated version of Command Center with AlienSense, and Alienware Touch.
