Ah... Right! Can anyone recommend a reliable company in the UK which takes online orders and which won't overprice its products?

I've looked around for 4GB laptop sticks myself and to be honest with you they're really not cheap, no matter where you buy... Would you be so kind as to post a link if you happen to find anything?

Yeah I thought the RAM in that link looked too cheap for a M17 notebook. I think it was about £600 when I last looked. Dont know about now.
Otherwise more of us would have it installed.
We will just have to wait until the price falls.

Yeah, the 4GB sticks really do cost an arm and a leg at the moment.

Curious, as I just ordered 4 gigs from alienware last night, but our only options for dual channel, are 2 gig(2x1gig), 4 gig(2x2gig) or 8 gig(2x4gig). I know you can mix and match, 1,2,4 to make various combinations but it wont be dual channel, or something or other that the alienware tech said would be slightly less performance then having a matching pair?
