Ive had the m15x for 2 weeks now. MY m15x is holding up very well and i put it through lots of stress beleive me. My laptop changes places at least 3 times a day so it spends alot of time in my backpack. I am an EMT, so my laptop spends 10 hours a day on a bumpy ambulance. It works great. I do keep it in a spire backpack so its very well padded but even still, it has held up very well to some serious movement.

Also, a played COD4 in my ambulance while my partener was driving over bumpy roads. (the suspension in an ambulance sucks btw) and i had no problems with screen wobble or performance (i was on batteries) So anyone who is worried that they cant use this to game on the go is quite mistaken.

I'm bloody surprised about that suspension thing... you'd have thought that with patients in it you'd need awesome suspension... what if you've got someone with serious back or neck injuries? I can understand that in some situations they'd use an air ambulance but they're not always available...

well, with serious back and head injuries, they're strapped down so tight you'd need TNT to move 'em, right?

yea they are backboarded and collered. Trucks dont have good suspensions, they can be pretty bumpy. (Thats why we speed lol, to keep the bumpiness time to a minimum ;))

I had a serious back injury 3 years ago and I had to ride in one of those "bucky" ambulances! Every time we went over the slightest bump, I really felt it-I was moaning all the way to the hospital. Shootydogthing is absolutely right on this one.

Strapped down is almost as bad if not the same: You're shaking just as the truck does. It doesn't mean you don't shake, it means you don't shake independently of the vehicle. Your neck and things might not move in relation to each other but the vertibrey etc are still moving slightly and you're still shaking as the vehicle does. It's still not good lol
