Does anyone know the info of a good dell/alienware rep I can get a hold of? My 11 day old alienware has crashed to a blue screen 9 times, since I got it, 4 times in the last hour. I called 1800alienware with my express service number and the service rep transferred me to a phone that never picked up the second I mentioned that I wanted to return it. I didn't spend 3000 dollars for a computer that barely lasts a week. I'm kind of freaking out right now, so any help would be fantastic.

Oh, not to mention it came with the wrong GPU/memory.

The GPU was replaced on monday, but I've gotten no word from the original sales rep on the memory. Not like it matters now...

Can't really refer technical support reps - sales reps? Yes.

I recommend calling back and scheduling a technician to come out and taking a look at after a remote-diagnostic.

Ask for a supervisor if you're getting nowhere with the basic reps and at the same time, get them to remedy the ram issue.
