    Can the heatsink that is used with the 8800M GTX be also used for the ati mobility HD 3870? Will it require any modding for the heatsink to fit on the video card? I already know that the ati will work in the m15x.

    The ATI card uses a different heatsink, the one from the 8800M GTX cant doesnt work.
    i don't know if it can be modded but i would guess it would overheat

    Is there anyone here with the first generation m15x and ati video card willing to take a picture of their ati mobility HD 3870 heatsink and post it here for me? I would really appreciate it. Rep included.
