On 5/6 my video card fried so i called roswell and sent it in on 5/8. Just recieved it today but theres no heat sink on it and there no fan in the package. So...who should i call.
I did have 2 RMA numbers. 1 RMA number for the video card and 1 rma number for the m15x thermal module. I only recieved 1 shipping label so i sent both the video card, fan, and heatsink(heatsink was attached to the card) to the place on the shipping label.
EDIT: The roswell guy told me to send in the heatsink and fan

thats weird I would think they would want you to just reuse the same heatsink

i tried to remove the heat sink but i couldnt get it off and i told the roswell guy so he said to just send in the fan and the heatsink too.

O ok looks like they have to overnight you the parts.

i havent called anyone yet...so im guessing i should call roswell again?

yeah cause your going to need those parts for it to work. I think its to late in the day to get them tomorrow but I would still call they are there for another hour.

just called them they...they just didnt ship out the fan and heat sink yet
o well im a pretty patient person so it doesnt affect me too much i guess.
o well back to playing games on my desktop that has a 3d mark score of 1596
