    I just spoke with a sales rep via Chat from Alienware who contacted Sales and Marketing and confirmed the November ALW 13 will have both a dual core and quad core CPU option(s).

    I hope this is true.

    Always be skeptical of what a sales representative says about a product that hasn't been be released or be disclosed fully. He/She could be saying something to clinch a sales.
