Has anyone tried this version yet? What are the changes from 10.3? I have the M17x-R2 so anyone else that has this system in crossfire and tried 10.4 let me know. Its the ATI Catalyst 10.4 WHQL Display Driver so I dont know if its the official one, but its up on ATI's website so its official now?

I could not install 10.3 and the same thing happened with 10.4. So I am sure others may start reporting the same...

Really? 10.3 has been awesome for me and I think its the first to officially support the Mobility Radeon Cards again without having to use Mobility Modder.

Just like 10.3 the only options that show up to install are CIM and the VC 2008 Redist. And like I did many times with 10.3, I verified that I was downloading the Mobility version, not the desktop one.

Clean install of Win7 Ultimate x64 and installed drivers in the Alienware recommended order.

I'm having the same issue, yet to find a solution to fix it. You'll have to Install them through Device Manager..

I tried it but uninstalled it because it kept giving me random lock ups and freezes which resulted in a few BSOD's while playing Crysis Wars for extended periods.

Another solution -- discovered by Tangtang2002:

"If you want to make ccc work, you can try this. Download any ati driver from Dell offical website, for example, driver for M17x R2, driver for 5970,5770 or 5870 for desket top, I choosed the driver for AMD M206(Redwood XT) Radeon HD5670 (1G GDDR5), because it's the latest(Release Date: 24/03/2010), so it should have the latest version of ccc(we just need ccc here).

Then, extract it to a folder, don't install it, or it will fail just like other drivers. Go to package-apps-ccc, and you should be able to see a setup.exe file, install this one, and restart you laptop, then ccc will work. At least, it works for me now.

By the way, only the drivers from dell has this setup.exe file in ccc folder, don't know why."
