Well I tried Tkresila's and got a nice improvement in fps. Not much in 3D06 but that's to be expected. Thanks for the good work :)

Tried the 9.4 drivers on my M17 and got that crazy screen flicker. Anybody have an idea why that happens?

Used the ati installation to uninstall the drivers. Reboot, use drive sweeper, restart again (for some reason you need two restarts or else drivers act strange), then install the new drivers. Seemed to work without any issues :)

I also had that issue. when it starts flickering, just run task manager, if it continues doing the flickering do it again. it usually stop the second time you start task manager. i've tried that myself on mine M17 for every driver update i had.

After upgrading, I noticed Crysis played a bit better perhaps, but now there is crazy flickering of random trees and stuff usually in the background, like the driver is not liked by the game. Anyone else notice this?
