    AW 5500i-R3 upgrade help!!!

    Hi guys,

    I recently purchased Nvidia 9300M GS which is replaced my dead 7600Go. Here is the problems that I currently have and would like your help
    * Boot is fine, windows login status bar is ok (full 32 bit color)
    * Login screen and everything else are 8 bit color (Sega vga card). Windows able to install driver, but it does not take any effects after reboot.
    * I tried different drivers but there is no luck
    * BIOS version is 2.7 (could be a problem????)
    * I have tried to reinstalled Windows, but the installation process would not display on screen (blank)

    Here is my specs:

    Core2Duo T7200
    RAM 4G
    320G hard driver

    Any suggestion?

    You need the 2.06 Bios. PM me with your email address and I will send it to you. Oh and after you downgrade the Bios you will only be able to use 2GB Ram, so dont forget to leave 2GB in not 4GB.
