    AW Arena - $100 off any new AW ?

    Just saw this add in my e-mail from AW Insider. It says if you are a current member and spend $100 for a system upgrade in the Alienware Store you get $100 off 1-time-use coupon. So from what I understand, you can't get $100 off the base price, but if you upgrade something that's worth more than $100, then you get to apply this $100 off coupon.

    Also, it says that if you sign up for Alienware Arena, you should get the same coupon in your Welcome Kit. So my question is... where do I get my Welcome Kit? :p

    EDIT: Ah got it now, the e-mail with the code ended up in the SPAM folder. :)
    EDIT2: Does not work with EPP. But on the home site it does. So e.g. you can get m11x w/ 4GB RAM and 250GB HD for $800.

    I just ordered my M17x an hour ago. I used the EPP 12% off AND the $100 off coupon. Just call up when you order and they should allow you to do it, if not, order from somebody else.

    Thanks OP. I got the $100 coupon too. I added 17% Dell employee coupon and a free shipping code. $735 for su4100 4GB mem 250GB HD, and bluetooth including tax and shipping. What a deal.

    Glad it worked! I'm not sure whether it works outside US. Register and try!

    Just to make it clear, ANYONE can get the code, it's one-time use it seems, but you get your own in the e-mail once you register for the Alienware Arena.

    My dad works for Dell so I get 17% coupons every quarter. We never use them because we had bad experience with Dell quality. I hope Alienware is a different league from Inspirons.

    World of Warcraft mostly, just levelled a new character. Have also new GTA Liberty city episodes (playable).

    Other than that, I'm keeping my eyes open for potential juicy discounts for the new m17x that I plan to buy to replace my desktop. :)
