I posted something in accessories but no takers... Do you guys have a reccommendation for alienware cooling? What is the fan placement on the m17x like? I have been looking at the enermax aeolis but I'm not sure if im looking for a cooler that sucks or blows as I dont wana fight the natural airflow. I'm going to order a m15x as soon as I can but I want a cooler before hand because this HP in my lap is nuking me into sterility. If each laptop they make has a much diff cooling system I guess this post isn't helping anyone but worth a shot.

I prefer the native cooling system. Most external fans just cause more harm than good, in my opinion.

With high-end machines from Alienware you can expect excellent cooling, so don't worry about it.

CRYLO NZXT for the M17x, as the fans are near the front bottom of the laptop and blow out the sides and back. It is unknown at this time where the fans will be on the M15x because they haven't shown it yet.

I beg to differ. The M17 has (especially with the Q9300) quite often a cooling problem. Also the 3870's tend to run pretty hot as well.
Therefore additional cooling is good and absolutely no harm.
I prefer the NC 2000 from Zalman. It is not as loud as the Cryo, and not as chunky either. But of course, it cools the bottom of the laptop as whole (including the hard drives) as opposed to the Cryo which pimarily cools a certain area on the upper half of the bottom.
