And my m15x saga continues... talked to Roswell last Wednesday and they gave me the go ahead to send it back... again. (note: first time i sent it in *wrong part was replaced*)

I was told I had express 2 day shipping and would be first in line once it reached the depot...

FedEx tracking number has it listed as being delivered last friday (10/10/08) and it is now thursday (10/16/08).

I have called AW 3x (CS tuesday and once TS wednesday) one time i was hung up on by CS after waiting on hold 10 min. Both other times the reps said there is "Nothing recorded by the Depot's notes regarding your m15x..." and that they are emailing the repairmen to post status reports which should be up within 24 hours...

In fact, they never even noted that they received it; the rep had to check FedEx to see that it was in their possession...

So exactly how did I get my entire motherboard replaced in less than a day on the "normal" line and not get anything done for nearly a week on the "VIP" line????????????

AW Corp lack of organization strikes again! Hate to say it but I should have listened to u stone (and milcs)...

Calling Roswell tomorrow (today*) and/or trying to find direct phone number for repair depot...
