So my 780m went and died.

Going to see if I can sell the dead GPU and 120hz assembly and had been thinking about the W7170M. Seems there is a successful upgrade on the alienware forum and looks to hold the same performance as the 780m.

Question is, is it possible to overclock it? modding vBIOS? think anyone would be interested in modding the vBIOS? Try to get closer to the 380x performance. Saw one thread where a guy tried to overclock via flashing the m390x vBIOS which was successful but overclocking was still not possible.
