    They're AWESOME!

Sup guys, I just felt compelled to put a bit of positive into AW's customer support which seems to get sort of a bad rep due to people posting only their bad experiences instead of good ones.

I just called AW about getting a replacement keyboard for my new M17 and have to say I was really impressed with the customer support. The guy was really nice, knowledgeable, and got the order through really quickly. Even more impressive considering they are probably being bombarded with phone calls regarding the new product line that just came out.

I do have a quick question, AW wants me to send in the broken keyboard as soon as I replace it with the new one they are shipping me.

Would it be Ok if I took it apart and removed the two strips of LED's before I shipped it? I want to put the extra LED's on the new keyboard to supplement the already poor lighting. Would this be alright with AW?

    Thanks!

    Hi Dan09,
Unfortunately, disassembling the keyboard would void the warranty even though it's defective. If you disassemble it, you'll be billed for the new keyboard.

    Thanks,
