Account Number (sorry)

You guys probably get asked where to find this thing all the time but I really need help. I ordered my computer back in August and got it in the beginning of October. I didn't think about it at the time but now with Windows 7 on my computer I need to get the new Command Center so AlienSense will work and I need my account number to log in to the My Hive thing. The card that everyone talks about is not in that binder thing for me and I can't find the invoice. Is there any other way to get it? Preferably not calling? Is there an actual Alienware person on here like I've seen in previous threads?

Which machine are you talking about ??.. If its the M17x then you dont need one and if its the M17 then theres a whole driver thread with all the links already provided for you ...

 

It's the M17x. What do you mean I don't need one? Do I not get access to the Hive thing then?

 

The original Alienware website is being slowly phased out and is really only used by the owner's of original Alienware products (before Dell started designing them). Your laptop is technically a Dellienware and you go here for your drivers:
