I ordered my m5790 with one drive because I knew it'd be cheaper to add the 2nd on my own. After receiving it, I found out I needed some extra parts. I called Alienware and talked with a rep who sounded like he knew what I needed. I asked for the secondary hard drive cage, sata adapter, cable and screws. He quoted me 20 bucks. I thought it was pretty reasonable. Today, two weeks later, I received an envelope from Alienware. All that I got for my 20 bucks was a small zip lock bag of screws. SCREWS!!!! Now while I try to get this straightened out, can someone give me the part numbers for the proper items.

Photos 6 and 7 show what I need.

    Anyone?

Alienware actually pretty much redemed themselves. I sent an email to their tech support and was pleasently surprised by an email the next day saying they were sending me the correct item via FedEx 2nd day at no extra charge. I'm not sure what the actual cost is, but I thought that was cool. I received the 2nd hard drive kit on Friday. My friend who has an m5750 wanted one as well, so I called to ask them to duplicate that order. When I asked what the cost would be, the guy, after looking at the notes said, "no charge. let's just call it even." Wow. Awesome!

Thats pretty good. I suppose Alienware's service is something that they want to improve, seeing as though they haven't been doing to well in the past. Alot of complainst on the service were posted in the Alienware thread, but hopefully, Alienware can iron out the creases.

Don't worry, I won't ban you for that. The only thing you should be worried about is picking up a negative reputation as a troll or similar. ;)
Very impressive, hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

Basically when you go around and post the same/similar things (usually bad) about a company or product. It annoys people and it's not all that mature.
